ICT Omega: A.A.R 06/25/2008

2 days, no bath, no brushing of teeth, not to mention having "big business". It has ended, brings me back memories of how I endured my 7 days field camp during my BMT days...But of course, reservists lead a much much betta life.

Although having a mundane feeling before the start of my ICT, it wasn't as bad as it was..The laughters, teamwork and looking for one another drove off all the tough moments. To sum up, it was merely friendship which makes hard times enjoyable, talking about old times, and getting to know new friends. Not to boast, not everyone gets such experiences in life. And oh...the freedom to use vulgarities without being stared at by hypocrites on the streets, definitely some form of freedom of speech. It was....fun.

Some of my favourite lines and scenes I encountered..."Eh, need to bring toothpaste & toothbrush for that 2 days ar?" "I intend to change a new set of uniform each day lor" "I brought Sun Tan lotion along lor". "Eh, pass me your wet tissue leh, thanks" This is what I call the luxury of reservist. Awesome.

A little unfortunate day, I fell twice on my shuttle run in IPPT during my ICT, suffered some wounds...especially on my right knee. Damn. Must be those Mizuno shoes designed for indoor sports cos I slide like some skater, haven't experienced such falls with New Balance. Oh well, its a price to pay since Mizuno is lighter to carry.

Whole body is aching after just 1 IPPT, and its a sign to tell me I'm gradually losing my fitness level. And no way I'll be a sitting duck, I've joined my friends in the upcoming Nike+Human 10km run on 31 Aug. This will be a motivation to train my fitness during the 2 months 'grace' period. ...So who wants to join me and my friends for that run, anyone? o.0"

Alright peeps, my first blog post, don't wanna be too drama mama...I wanna see what I can do with these technologies nowadays. Game On! This post was meant to be like...2 weeks ago, but Weebly had some bugs to fix apparently and I couldn't manage to upload any pics.

First up, *ahem*, notice the 'Orange' colour in my site? Well, its no concidence cos' its to support the Netherlands in the current Euro Cup 2008, my favourite team since..1996! So far they have been performing EXCELLENT! They beat the crap outta of France and Italy, check out the highlights below!

This is no Kung Fu Panda Po! This is Wesley Sneijer, one of the hot stars in the tournament. His goal gave the Azzurries a Game Over in the Group C: Aka Group of the Death!

The face of infamous Materazzi, who shot to super fame after suffering Zizou's headbutt in WC 2006. Despair and Hopeless are written all over his face and Italian fans.

Total Futbol Celebration! Dutch Masters, never seen them played so well as compared to past few cups! The Oranje marching band yelling victory at the back!

Clearly, excellent football is not the sole reason to support them. The truth motive for being a Dutch supporter? Cos' they have the best spirit, the spirit of always putting up a 'strong front'. Nuff said.

Alrighty then, to end off, I apologize for the Football fever post, it won't happen again! Weebly's playing fun of me, fixing their bugs when I'm having my 2nd ICT (Incamp training) tomorrow till 27th of June...and its already 12 midnight.

Right, some of the pages aren't too well done yet, some underconstruction, some widgets are there to see how it works, insufficient pics yet. Not to forget my friends, I will have your links soon!

But no worries, I will continue to glam it...so fun to meddle with technology. *Yawn* Peace out peeps!
